How large is your delivery area?
We currently deliver to Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest and Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami, South Beach, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles. If you’re outside these communities, call our Valet Delivery Manager at 786-565-8210. Visit our delivery map page to see more.

Can you deliver to where I work?
Call us at 786-565-8210 and talk with our Valet Delivery Manager.  Our route is growing to meet the needs of our Valet Delivery customers.

Do I leave the garment bag on my front door?
Our driver will pick up and deliver your cleaning in a spot that you choose. Front door, back door, garage or patio. It’s up to you. We do recommended a secure location that provides a weather protected environment. We also work with concierge staff to coordinate your location for pick-up & delivery.

Does it cost extra for delivery?
No, it’s absolutely free. It’s part of our Red Carpet service.

Do I have to join anything?
You only have to open a charge account with us using a major credit or debit card. We bill the cleaning to your account every month.

What if I want to discontinue weekly Valet Delivery service?
We’re at your service and work hard to make sure you’re always satisfied with the highest-quality dry cleaning and laundry. If we fail, let us know and we’ll fix it. If your needs change, we’ll miss you.

What about pick-up & delivery on holidays?
Our store observes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Since we do not operate our valet delivery service on holidays, we will make the visit on your next scheduled delivery date, unless we receive a special request.
